Awareness of mental health
Mental health awareness is more important now than ever before. How do you bring awareness to mental health? Do not be afraid of the word mental health. Mental health awareness is particularly important for each of us.
We have to be aware that all is not well for a lot of people including ourselves. No manual was given to us or our parents and grandparents on how to create a world that eliminates every problem.
So, despite good intentions, some things fall through the cracks. Therefore, we all experience different methods of interpreting how to live this life. Based on our surroundings some had it easier and some had it extremely hard.
The reasons why we have secret and open challenges in our life can come from many reasons stemming from before you were born, to your race, the way you were raised, and your environment all helped you conform your thoughts which create your world.
Also, with the pandemic bringing unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety to individuals around the world, it is crucial that we work to support and advocate for mental health. Making minor changes to our daily lives can have a significant impact on ourselves and others.

Importance of mental health awareness
When I heard the word mental health, I automatically thought someone is crazy. It didn’t necessarily pertain to me because I didn’t think I was crazy or had special needs.
I quickly discovered that my interpretation was wrong. I am raising mental health awareness. I have become aware of my mental health and realize I can use some additional help in certain areas.
I’m good at that because I will be better for myself and others. Mental health awareness has many different levels. When we need help, we often don’t ask for it because we struggle to find the words.
Many of us are afraid to open up about our mental health challenges for fear of being stigmatized, fearing that it will affect our relationships or careers. Many of us fear being judged wrongly.
By being an active participant in your daily activities, such as monitoring your thoughts. Your habits, your conversation, your mood, your health, and your diet show that you care about your well-being, which can help you feel more comfortable about opening up and being more transparent.
